What is numbering on printing?

It can be printed in descending or ascending numerical order on paper, carbonless forms, and card stocks. It can also be numbered in a multitude of different colors including red, black and other colors.
The main purpose of sequential numbering is to provide a method for easy reference and improve accounting control. A manufacturer user can use this process for any product that needs a unique identification.
